Founded in 1986 in Bremen, in Rostock since 1992: we survey land and buildings, support building sites, measure components to a hundredth of a millimetre and put geodata on the map.

Who we are
Two publicly appointed surveying engineers and their team
Andreas Golnik and Daniel Golnik are publicly appointed surveying engineers (Öffentlich bestellte Vermessungsingenieure, ÖbVI). They hold a public office and carry out cadastral surveys (Liegenschaftsvermessungen) in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. They may certify facts about land and issue information and extracts from the real estate cadastre (Liegenschaftskataster).
We also do construction surveying, industrial metrology, ship and yacht measurement and geodata. Here our work is not limited to the state: in 3D surveying, reverse engineering and quality inspection we also work internationally.

The office in Rostock opens. Andreas Golnik receives the authorisation to carry out official cadastral surveys (Urkundsvermessungsberechtigung).

Publicly appointed
Andreas Golnik is appointed as a publicly appointed surveying engineer (ÖbVI).

Andreas Golnik becomes an expert for the market value and mortgage lending value of property.

GIS and 3D laser scanning
New fields of work: geographic information systems (GIS) with WebGIS and 3D surveying with the laser scanner.

Laser tracking and land consolidation
High-precision 3D measurement with the laser tracker. We take over the land consolidation business of LUC Landeskultur und Umweltschutz Consulting GmbH.

Rostock and Dersum
From Rostock we offer all our services, including official surveys for the State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. In Dersum in the Emsland region we offer 3D and industrial surveying, construction and design, close to customers in northwest Germany and the Netherlands.
