New Volkstheater Rostock
Since March 2025, we have been supporting the construction of the new Volkstheater (theatre) in Rostock city centre. Our client is the municipal enterprise KOE of the Hanseatic and University City of Rostock (Hanse- und Universitätsstadt Rostock). All setting out is based on a network of control points that we set up and surveyed in position and height.
Based on this network, we regularly monitor the surrounding ground, the Haus der Schifffahrt and the tram tracks at the Kröpeliner Tor stop. Since January 2026, we have also monitored the excavation pit permanently.

New glass pane for a yacht in Rostock harbour
A glass pane had to be replaced. We measured the opening in the outer wall of the gangway with close-range photogrammetry. From this we created an exact 3D model. The new pane was made to fit this model.

Land consolidation and land readjustment for the state and the city
As a suitable body (geeignete Stelle) under § 53 Abs. 4 of the Agricultural Adjustment Act (Landwirtschaftsanpassungsgesetz), we carry out procedures for the state that reorganise land ownership in rural areas. We adjust boundaries to the actual use, merge land and settle paths and waters. For the Hanseatic and University City of Rostock, we carry out a land readjustment (Umlegung) under the Federal Building Code (Baugesetzbuch).

Since February 2026, our map has shown all development plans (Bebauungspläne) and local bylaws of the state. You can see the plan area, the legal status and the surveying that builders need there. Each plan has its own page. We compare the data with the building portal of the state.
