Not under this bylaw any more. What may be built on the land depends on a newer plan. If there is none, the general rules of the Federal Building Code (Baugesetzbuch) apply: for built-up areas (Innenbereich, § 34 BauGB) or for outlying areas (Außenbereich, § 35 BauGB).

You get a binding answer with a preliminary building enquiry (Bauvoranfrage) at the local building authority (untere Bauaufsichtsbehörde).

What is a clarification bylaw?

It sets the limits of the built-up part of a town or village (§ 34 Abs. 4 Satz 1 Nr. 1 BauGB). Inside these limits, what you may build depends on the buildings around it.

What is a supplementary bylaw?

It adds single pieces of land from the outlying area to the built-up part of a town or village, if the buildings next to them shape their character (§ 34 Abs. 4 Satz 1 Nr. 3 BauGB).
